  • You do not need to be home for us to do the work. Of course, there can be no obstacles in our way of work. We recommend that you do not schedule a day off of work to be home as there are some cases when our schedule is not as we expected due to unforeseen circumstances (excessive rain, unexpected equipment problems, project complications arise, etc.). However, we do like for you to provide us with a cell phone number to reach you in case anything arises that we may need to ask of you.

  • Unfortunately, due to weather, fluctuating material availability & unforeseen circumstances- We give a general time frame of when we think your project will be completed; However, we cannot guarantee this.

  • Depending on material availability, our schedule and the weather conditions will determine this. Some jobs will be completed in under one day, while others may be spread out to allow materials to cure. Weather conditions will also play a role in this.

  • Once we receive your deposit and signed contract, we will add you to our open project work list. The amount of time fluctuates depending on time of year and weather conditions. We can provide you with an approximate timeframe and will notify you the day prior. Thinking about a project in the future? Contact us now to get on our list to ensure your spot in line!

  • The remaining balance for your project is due upon completion. You do not need to provide a check to the crew; you will receive an invoice in the mail 1-3 days after completion. Any change orders or addons will be added on to this. We ask that you please send payment (and signed capital improvement form if applicable) promptly to avoid late fees. If a problem arises regarding payment or you have a discrepancy on your invoice, we ask that you immediately call the office to discuss within 48 hours.

  • If pictures, scope, dimensions & customer input are available- Chances are we may be able to do a virtual consultation and gather budgetary information for your project.
